Our stone-baked pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired brick and clay Portuguese oven. Using an eco-fuel of 100% Beech, certified food grade logs, we are able to maintain a cooking temperature of over 350oC - serving you & your guests perfect pizzas every time throughout your event.
We also have an eco hot water system installed that uses the heat from the oven to provide us with a constant source of piping hot water.
We do not need any additional power or noisy generator.
We serve our pizzas on plates made from natural, renewable plant fibre. They are 100% biodegradable & compostable, taking just 30-60 days to return their ingredients back into the environment.
All our paper products are 100% recycled and chlorine free.
